It is with great pleasure and admiration that I am writing this letter. I am closing escrow on my home in Manhattan Beach this week. Silvia Mendez has been my wonderful Real Estate Agent. Without her, I truly believe I would have waited many months longer to Sell my home. Since I live out of state, I trusteed her inplicityly with my home, its care and its Sale. I am grateful for her representation.
Silvia always did the Open Houses, maintained a log and provided feedback to me. Other Realtors have someone else do this for them and the feedback is minimal. She returned all calls and e-mails promptly, and answered all my questions.
I have deeply admired her knowledge for her profession and the manner in which she conducts herself with such class. She is goal focused and eloquently communicates with others. Her prescence has been condident and assuring.
Lastly , Silvia conducted both ends of this sale with undeniable skill and respect for the Buyer as well as myself, the Seller. I believe that had she not represented the Buyer also, the house wound not have sold. The three of us worked out all the details and I am delighted with the young man who will be the next owner of the house. Silvia greatly helped him with the process of purchaseing a home.
I am so very proud to know Silvia and now regard her as a special friend.
Hi! I wanted to make sure you received a letter from me concerning my thoughts about you and how you handled helping me in my move to Palos Verdes. From the day I called you on Easter Sunday (which you spent 8 hours with me on a holiday) to getting our lease signed in PV, I have been so happy with how you handled our relationship. I was sure that I would not get the support I needed to find a place that was perfect for my family. Moving from across the country made it scary for me. Then I met you on that Sunday morning and you have been wonderful. You took the time to show me homes you knew I would not want to live in to educate me on the market in Southern Cal. Not only did you spend many hours with me in Palos Verdes but you took me through the entire South Bay area to view homes. You were very responsive and supportive of everything I needed in this process. Early in the morning or late at night, I was able to count on you! From the showings, to the phone calls, to the inspection, to the final paperwork, you were there for me. I am so thankful to have called you that Sunday morning and not anyone else. I would love to take a packet of information on you to our HR department at Skechers for the possibility to work with future transfers to the area. There is no question that when I decide to buy a home, you will be the first person I call to represent me!
Outside of the professional way you handled yourself in the entire process I am more impressed by who you are as a person. You are nice and caring and a person anyone would want to be around and call a friend! It is not that often that you meet someone with passion and desire who is willing to support you and work for you very hard. There is also no way that the same person has a heart as big as you do. I really want you to know that I have found a new realtor and a friend in you. I could not have asked for more than what you have given me. In the future I will do anything I can to help you in any way possible. Again, thank you for all your support and let´s stay connected in the future!

SILVIA MENDEZ WAS THE REALTOR FOR THE SALE OF MY CONDO AT 16700 YUKON AVENUE IN TORRANCE. SELLING CALIFORNIA PROPERTY HAS BECOME A TERRIFICALLY COMPLICATED PROCESS OVER THE LAST TWENTY YEARS OR SO, AND I WOULD ADVISE ANY SELLER TO DEFINITELY NOT TRY TO DO IT WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL HELP. SILVIA WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL OF THE PROBLEMS INVOLVED WITH REAL ESTATE ISSUES, INCLUDING FHA FINANCING. SHE HAD THE CONNECTIONS THAT I NEEDED TO UPGRADE AND TO REPAIR VERY NICELY THE DAMAGE DONE BY CARELESS RENTERS. SHE HELD SEVERAL OPEN HOUSES AND HAS MANY CONTACTS IN THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS.
